 THE PROCESS
- An initial meeting is arranged to discuss your needs and budget.
- Site plan is often required, which can be obtained from the developer or your builder
- A written, detailed quote is provided to you to peruse.
- Once the works are decided upon, an agreement is prepared and signed so you are fully aware of the works being carried out. At this time a booking deposit is required.
- If council permission is required, we can do this on your behalf. Please allow approx. 21 days for this process.
- It is important that all services (such as power, gas, water & telecommunications) are located prior to commencement.
- A start and finish date is decided upon so you can make any arrangements with parking, neighbors, pets etc
- The project is undertaken with as little disturbance to you and your neighbors as possible. Regular photos and updates can be provided to you via email if you are unable to attend the property.
